At Pawtastic, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Every order is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of the delivery date.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet. Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we cannot stop its delivery, but it remains covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Your request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Requests made after this period are not covered by this guarantee.
- The item must be returned to us, unless we tell you otherwise.
Returns
Once your request is approved, we will email you the return instructions. Your refund is issued once your return has been received. In some cases, we may issue your refund without asking you to send the item back.
Return shipping is on us: you will never pay to send an item back.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through our contact page or email support@trypawtastic.com within the guarantee period. Please include your full name, your order number and the reason for your request.
- Our support team will reply within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval and receipt of any required return. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
Fair Use of This Policy
To keep this guarantee sustainable for everyone, we reserve the right to decline requests under our voluntary 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee from any customer showing a pattern of repetitive refunds, which we define as requesting more than two refunds within a 12-month period. This restriction does not apply to refunds you are entitled to under your statutory rights.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country. Customers in the United Kingdom may also cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.
